Describe：
V-type ball valve is a high-level control valve with right-angle rotation. Its opening and closing parts are hemispheres with special V-shaped openings and have sharp edges. In the process of sphere rotation, the sealing mask has strong cutting force and self-cleaning function. The V-shaped opening of the sphere and the valve seat runner form a sector area. During the turning process, the cross-section area of the runner can be changed to form a linear and equal proportion accurate adjustment of the medium. Therefore, V-type regulating ball valve has two functions of regulating and switching. It can be matched with pneumatic or electric actuators. It is widely used in control systems of paper making, chemical industry, petroleum, chemical fiber, electric power, metallurgy, pharmacy, environmental protection and other fields.
Design features：
The standard is designed according to ISA S75.04, IEC/DIN 534-3-2, BS 5351, GB/T 12237.
1. Valve spool:
A) The specially designed V-shaped sphere has strong shearing and sealing properties for the medium, and can adjust the flow characteristics of the medium in equal proportion.
B) Hardening process such as hard chromium plating, ion nitriding and supersonic spraying can be used to increase the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface.
C) The spherical surface after precision grinding reduces the friction between the sealing surfaces, thereby reducing the torque.
2. Seat:
(a) Special non-seat cover design avoids blocking dead angle between seat and body, and avoids blocking of seat.
B) The seat spring is designed with a clamp spring, which provides a preload for the seat seal and greatly reduces the torque required to drive the valve.
C) Seats with pre-tightening force can provide good sealing for valves even at small pressure differences
