   (Stnpv) pneumatic control valve is a valve driven by compressed air. When purchasing pneumatic valves, only specifying specifications, categories and working pressures can meet the requirements of purchasing. It can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids, such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media. In the current market economy environment, it is imperfect. Because pneumatic valve manufacturers in order to compete in the product, they have different innovations under the concept of unified design of pneumatic valve, forming their own enterprise standards and product personality. Therefore, when purchasing pneumatic valves, it is necessary to put forward technical requirements in detail and to reach consensus with manufacturers as an annex to the pneumatic valve purchasing contract. Valves of this type shall generally be installed horizontally in pipes.

Attention should be paid to pneumatic valves during transportation
1. The pneumatic valves should be fixed with light plugging plates on both sides.
2. Medium and small caliber pneumatic valves should be tied with straw rope and transported by container.
3. Large caliber pneumatic valves also have simple wooden bar frame solid packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
Attention should be paid to the preparation of pneumatic valves before installation
1. To ensure that the installation position of pneumatic valve is in the coaxial position, the two flanges on the pipeline should be kept parallel to ensure that the pipeline can bear the weight of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve itself. If it is found that the pipeline can not bear the weight of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve, the pipeline should be equipped with corresponding support before installation.
2. To confirm whether there are impurities and welding slag in the pipeline, it is necessary to clean the pipeline.

3. Check the nameplate of the pneumatic valve, and operate the pneumatic pipeline ball valve several times, confirm that the valve can work normally, and then check the details of the valve thoroughly to ensure that the valve is intact.
4. Remove the protective caps at both ends of the valve, check whether the valve body is clean, and clean the inner cavity of the valve. Because the sealing surface of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve is spherical, even small debris may cause damage to the sealing surface.
Attention should be paid to pneumatic valves in installation and use
(1) Before installing and using pneumatic valves, the valves must be inspected before installation and switching operation test. Only under the condition of normal operation, can it be installed and used.
(2) Installation of pneumatic valves should be as concentric as possible with pipeline flanges and fixed with support. The ball valve should not be subjected to other external forces, so as to avoid damaging the middle seal of the valve and valve deformation. Causes the valve switch to be ineffective and the valve damage to be unable to use.
(3) To ensure that the power and air supply provided by balloon valves and pneumatic components must be clean, as far as possible without oil and water. The cleanliness should be less than 0.4 micron.
(4) Before connecting to the gas source, the gas supply pipeline, gas source interface and switching devices must be cleaned in order to prevent the failure caused by dirt and sediment on the unclean pipe belt rushing into the pneumatic execution unit.
(5) Pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, locators, filters, pressure relief valves, etc. can be connected by copper or nylon pipes. In order to prevent dust and reduce noise, mufflers or muffler throttle valves should be installed at the exhaust outlet.
(6) After installation, the pneumatic valve shall be tested, and the pneumatic actuator shall be pressurized to the rated value, with the pressure of 0.4-0.7 mpa. The pneumatic ball valve shall be tested to observe the opening and closing of the valve. It should rotate flexibly without obstruction. If there is a blocking phenomenon in the switch, the pressure can be increased. The valve can be adjusted flexibly by repeatedly switching.
(7) When installing and debugging on-off pneumatic valves, the manual device (manual button on solenoid valves) is used to debug the valves first, and the operation is normal before the on-line debugging.
(8) The pneumatic valve shall be regularly maintained and maintained at the rotating position of the valve stem, and shall be refuelled (oil) once every three months. Regularly discharge water and sewage to the pneumatic actuating unit and the air filter used in conjunction. Normally, it is checked six months and repaired once a year.
